• Having strong managerial capacity
• Sound knowledge on monitoring and evaluation
• Report editing skill both English and Bangla
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Higher level of moral ethics and organisational values and culture
• Experience on departmental strategic and operational planning
• In-depth knowledge on different development programmes such as: microfinance, education, health. Gender and enterprises
• Computer skill on Microsoft Office
